Use a timer at the computer and sewing machine to remind you to move every 30 minutes
On digitizing Look for John Deers digitizing book -- he taught his 7 year old how to digitize so you learn principles instead of software. I got mine at Joanne&#039;s with a coupon. $29 before coupon and it has his designs in it also.
On tattoos- I do not have a tattoo but if I did it would say NO CODE on my chest -yes I am a nurse. Maybe a small carrot to remind you to snack on vegetables 5 a day before you start on junk food. 
I go to WW and have lost 35 lbs I lose when I write what I put in my mouth abd if I do not track my food the scale shows. Kinda like if I do not track my checkbook the bank would show. WW says the #1 tool to losing weight is to write it down</description>
