I just want to say how much I've enjoyed listening to your podcasts which I only recently discovered. I think I'm on episode 8 or 9. You provide a wealth of information, tips, shopping experiences. I even enjoy hearing about your life. Your voice makes this an easy listening experience. Keep up the good work.

Brye

I love the cutting board!

Just letting you know that your link to Mirkwood isn't working - maybe a typo.

I also love how the discussion board is organized. Ladies, don't be afraid to use it. I think I've gotten overly excited about it - but I want to know what other people think! I've never been a discussion board person before, but then again before this year I've never been a quilter before - so keep it up ladies and I hope to see you there!

Very nice cutting board! I still have the one my daughter made me about 15 years ago and treasure it. I'm still catching up on your earlier podcasts as I don't want to miss out on anything. Hopefully I'll be able to comment on your latest podcast some time in the future; I really do enjoy every one of them!

When you can food some of the liquid will escape so don't worry...your peppers will be just fine. They look good and I can't wait to hear how they taste in 2 months. The cutting board is beautiful-- have fun using it.

Beautiful cutting board! Your son is very talented and has done a fine job!

Brye, thanks for the info on the jalapeno peppers. This year was my firt time to can also, and I did not find any info that explained the importance of using a pressure canner! Wow, it could be so bad. I also canned tomatoes and made pepper jelly, but the jelly recipe that we used (DH helped a bunch) called for apple cider vinegar; after talking to other canners, they said it's better to use regular vinegar so the taste wont be so strong. We even ordered a dehydrator and made beef jerky - so much fun, now I just have to figure out where to get the time to do all this stuff!!!
Enjoyed the podcast and the info on other podcasters!
Hope yor baby girl starts hearing and feeling better. Have a blessed day,
-C.
