Hi
I've just discovered you following other quilting podcasts for a couple of years now. Mostly Quilting Stash with Annie Smith. You offer yet another refreshing perspective.
One topic I'd like to learn more about is environmental and ethical production of fabric. Are there implications of making one choice over another? Are people getting fair wages under reasonable working conditions? This knowledge might better inform us about how much and which fabrics to buy. Other than Cranston Printworks, Timeless Treasures in Rhode Island, I think they are the only US producers.
And BTW- I have a treat coming up.For my 50th birthday quilting adventure I'm going a Ricky Tim's Seminar soon. I'm going to Maryland next week! I can't wait!
